About Dr. Bill Maloney

Dr. William J. (Bill) Maloney grew up in a small town in Westchester County, N.Y. As a small boy he dreamed of someday playing baseball for the N.Y. Yankees in "the house that Ruth built". As the years went by, he developed other interests while retaining his passion for sports. His turn in the big town came, not on the baseball diamond but, at New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1992 and was awarded the American College of Prosthodontists Award. He returned to NYU in 2000 as a member of the faculty. He presently serves at the College of Dentistry as a group practice clinical coordinator while maintaining a private practice in Ossining, N.Y.

Bill has many interests and areas of knowledge and expertise. However, his primary interests have always revolved around medical science, exploration, history, adventure and sports. Many times these interests intersect and lead to something special. He has been the author of many professional publications and is constantly working on multiple projects. He is always searching for new and exciting ideas. As in his practice of dentistry, Bill stresses a "committment to excellence" in all that he undertakes.
